We recently hired L.J. Neal and Sons to replace a few windows in our vacation home. Accidents happen and obviously I am not there first hand to assist. Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish an A+ experience. The windows themselves are top notch but the install and customer service was professional, punctual and over all exceptional throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who has rental properties like me or a home owner looking to get their windows replaced or upgraded. The combination of superior products, expert installation, and outstanding customer service made this project smooth and stress-free. We will definitely be using them again for any future projects!

Just amazing! Leo and Bridgette are very knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions. Their crew that came out were beyond nice and were extremely helpful when we asked them questions about what they were doing. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have your windows redone. They even showed us issues from another company that had installed a window previously and we were in shock with how poorly this other company installed the window.

Window replacement is serious business. We are so happy we chose L.J Neal and sons. The windows were manufactured on time. Leo the owner was communicative and present through the majority of install. Jerry the foreman and his crew were so incredibly polite and professional. They covered all the furniture in plastic and put everything back after. They even went above and beyond repairing cracks in walls below windows that were already there. We had all the windows and patio door replaced on a 24 yr old house. It looks gorgeous and we can already tell the difference in temperatures in house. Please don't go with a cheap quote on your windows. It is an important part of the whole house construction. If you don't get quality windows and professional installers you could end up paying a lot more in the end. They are triple pane and still were almost half the quote of Renewal by Anderson.
